Lay School of Religion

The Office of Lifelong Learning hosts the 2008 Lay School of Religion on the campus of Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary on Tuesday evenings in October.
Offered this year are three classes (you may only register for one), all taught by distinguished faculty members of Southern Seminary.
- Lutheran-Catholic Dialogy: How Far Have We Come? How Far Still to Go?, Presented by Dr. Michael Root
- Congregational History Matters: Telling Your Story, Preserving Your Story, Presented by Dr. Susan McArver
- Psalms in Israel and Christianity, Presented by The Rev. Dr. Lamontte Luker
Each Tuesday in October a meal and devotional will proceed the course offerings. Cost of attendance is $40 for the course, $8 per meal, and $2 per coffee and dessert.
